Fire-Roasted Red & Yellow Peppers
Our succulent and delicious long peppers are grown in the rustic region
of Izmir, a province of Turkey, in soils that have never been touched
by modern technology. The earth is especially rich in minerals, which
translates to a fruity, pure taste. Our farmers use crop rotation to
break disease cycles, promote beneficial insects, which in turn
enhances soil fertility. Both golden yellow peppers and flaming red
ones are roasted over a wood fire, and peeled by hand to ensure their
integrity. No sugar is ever added. It's not necessary!
